My name is Caren Betancourt. I am a lami artist, master trainer and educator, and the founder of Concepts of Beauty, my professional academy dedicated to training in the lash and brow sector. I specialise in lash and brow lamination, with particular attention to Korean techniques. For years I have devoted myself to teaching, research and technical refinement, training new professionals at my academy and guiding them as they build their careers. Competitions are an important part of my path. My path as a master, trainer, educator and competitor has given me a complete view of technical work: not only the ability to produce a high-level result, but also to analyse and assess one. In judging I consider technical precision, symmetry, hair direction, product choice and handling, lash health, harmony, cleanliness and the overall execution of the work. I am applying as a lamination judge, wishing to offer my experience, my technical grounding and my professional eye, and to contribute to serious, objective judging in keeping with the standards of a competition of this importance.
