My name is Nathallya Fernandes, and I have over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry. I am an international educator, speaker, judge, event organizer, and entrepreneur, recognized as one of the leading professionals in Brazil. I am a member of the National Council of Beauty Professionals (CNPB), an organization with representation in Brazil, the United States, and the European Union. I also serve as a municipal beauty council member, supporting and representing beauty professionals across multiple specialties. I am the founder of the Beauty Boss Academy and the Boss Community, a mentorship program with more than 100 beauty professionals from Brazil and other countries. Throughout my career, I have trained hundreds of students and developed exclusive educational programs for the beauty industry. I have judged national and international beauty championships, spoken at conferences and congresses in Brazil and abroad, and organized major beauty events.
